Get a true read on performance
Review your sales figures alongside your visitor numbers. Tell whether a quiet day came from fewer visitors or from visitors who never reached the checkout.
Visitor analytics
Using the camera that covers your entrance, Razbin counts the people who walk in. It compares today with the same time yesterday and last week, and shows your busiest hour, how full the store gets and how long visitors stay.

What it measures
Reports update every minute
People walking in through your entrance, hour by hour and day by day.
Yesterday and the same day last week, counted up to the current time of day.
The busiest hour of the day and how it compares with the same hour yesterday.
The highest number of people in the store at once, when it happened and the daily average.
How long visitors stay in the store on average, hour by hour.
Charts for the last 14 days, the last 10 weeks and the last 12 months.
Fair comparisons
If you check at 15:00, yesterday and the same day last week are counted up to 15:00 as well. You never compare half a day with a full one, so any rise or dip you see is real.
Occupancy and dwell time
Peak occupancy is the highest number of people in the whole store at the same moment. You also see the daily average and the peak for every hour.
Average dwell time shows how long visitors spend in the store on average. An hourly chart lets you compare today with yesterday and last week.
Manager access
You can also see a snapshot and a short clip of the moment occupancy peaked, right in the app.
In practice
Shift planning
Look at the busiest hours of recent weeks and schedule extra staff and breaks around them.
Campaigns
Compare a campaign's first day with the same day last week, up to the same time, and see its effect before the day is over.
Slow mornings
If morning traffic is behind yesterday and last week, you'll see it before noon and can act for the rest of the day.
Common questions

Measurements focus on customers. Staff areas, such as the space behind the checkout and the stockroom, are kept out of customer metrics, and Razbin applies further rules during the day to tell staff apart from customers.
Yes. The day, week and month views show the last 14 days, the last 10 weeks and the last 12 months, and you can open any past day from the date selector. Data builds up from the day Razbin is installed.
