Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to ask us to delete your data in connection with Razbin’s Instagram account (@razbinai) and the demo and quote form on razbin.com.

1. Our Instagram account

On our Instagram account (@razbinai), posts we prepare in advance are published automatically on schedule through the official Instagram Platform provided by Meta. The automation keeps only aggregate statistics about the account: the follower count and, for each post, views, reach, likes, saves and shares.

These statistics are not about individuals, so there are no personal records to delete on the Instagram side. You are still welcome to send any question or request about our Instagram account to the address in section 3.

2. Website requests

The information you send through the demo and quote form on razbin.com (name, company, email, phone, number of stores and, optionally, industry, city and message), and our correspondence about your request, contain personal data. To have it deleted, write to the address in section 3 from the email address you used in the form; this helps us verify your identity.

Once your request is processed, your form submission and the related correspondence are deleted, and any consent you gave to commercial messages is withdrawn. Records that must be kept by law (for example, proof that consent to commercial messages was withdrawn) are kept only for the required period and then deleted.

4. Response time

We handle your request as soon as possible and, under Article 13 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. We confirm the outcome to the email address you wrote from.

5. Your data on Instagram

Your Instagram account and what you share on Instagram are held by Meta and are subject to Meta’s own terms. To download your information or delete your account, use Accounts Center in the Instagram app.
