Razbin was founded to bring to light the everyday moments in physical stores that never make it into a report. We build a simple, honest analytics platform that moves store management from instinct to evidence.

The story of our name
Your store’s secret is in its own numbers
The name Razbin is built from two Persian words. Râz means “secret” and bîn means “one who sees”, so together they read as “the one who sees what is hidden”.
The same -bin ending lives on in Turkish: dürbün, from dûrbîn (“seeing far”), is the word for binoculars, and hurdebin, from hurdebîn (“seeing the very small”), is an old word for the microscope.
Razbin is built to be that kind of lens for retail. Every day, your cameras capture movement that no one has time to read: how many people walk in, when the queue starts to grow, when the store is at its busiest. Razbin turns that hidden layer into clear numbers you can read every day.

The black box
Your store is often a black box: what happens inside goes unseen. Razbin opens the box. The secret (râz) is inside, and the one who sees it (bîn) is at the opening: the opening is an eye, the turquoise dot its pupil. The box also stands for the Razbin device installed in your store.
