Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain language, how your information is handled when you visit razbin.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it, and how our Instagram account (@razbinai) is run. For the legal details, see our Privacy Notice.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Site, communication that starts on the Site and the automated publishing of posts on our Instagram account (@razbinai). The Site and the account are operated by Razbin (“we”).

2. Information we collect

• What you share in the demo and quote form: your name, company, email, phone, number of stores and, optionally, your industry, city and message.
• The page, language and date of the form submission, and whether you agreed to receive commercial electronic messages.
• Anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical information recorded in our hosting provider’s server logs when you visit the Site: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device details.
• Aggregate statistics for our Instagram account, which are not about individuals (see section 5).

3. How we use information

• To respond to your demo or quote request, contact you and prepare a quote.
• To prevent misuse of the form and the Site and keep the Site running properly. Your IP address is used for this purpose for a short time only.
• To review how our Instagram posts perform and plan new content, using aggregate statistics only.
• If you have agreed, to send you news about our products and events. This consent is optional.
• To meet our legal obligations.

4. How information is stored and shared

Form submissions and notification emails are kept on the servers of the provider that hosts the Site and our email service (Hostinger). We share your information only for the purposes described in this policy and in the Privacy Notice, and with authorized bodies where required. The service providers used for our Instagram automation are listed in section 5. Retention periods and transfers abroad are described in the Privacy Notice.

5. Social media: Instagram

On our Instagram account (@razbinai), the automation only publishes scheduled posts: content we prepare in advance goes live automatically on schedule through the official Instagram Platform provided by Meta.

What is recorded

Only aggregate statistics about the account are recorded: the follower count and, for each post, views, reach, likes, saves and shares. These figures are not about individuals, contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.

Comments and messages sent to our account on Instagram are read and answered by a Razbin representative in the Instagram app.

Service providers

The service providers used for our Instagram automation, and what each of them sees:

Your use of Instagram is subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. You can manage the information in your Instagram account from Accounts Center in the Instagram app.

Deleting your data

Because the automation works only with aggregate statistics, there are no personal records to delete on the Instagram side. For questions or requests, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page.

6. Cookies

The Site currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. If such cookies are introduced in future, they will only work with your consent. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

Our Privacy Notice explains how to exercise your rights over your personal data, such as asking for information, correction or erasure, or raising an objection. The steps for a deletion request are on our Data Deletion Instructions page. You can withdraw your consent to commercial messages at any time.

8. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other services, such as WhatsApp and our social media accounts. How those services handle your information is governed by their own policies.

9. Children

The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed at anyone under 18. The demo and quote form should not be filled in by anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact
