The razbin.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Razbin. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Site is for

The Site presents Razbin’s products and services and receives demo and quote requests. The information on the Site is for general information only and is not an offer or a commitment. Product features, scope, pricing and other commercial terms are set only by a contract between the parties.

2. Product visuals and example figures

The app screens, dashboards and diagrams on the Site are examples created to show the product’s interface and how it works. The store names, times and figures in these visuals are for illustration only and do not belong to a real store or represent real results. Appearance and features may change as the product develops.

3. Intellectual property

The rights to the brand, logo, text, visuals, design and other content on the Site belong to Razbin or are used by Razbin under license. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without Razbin’s written permission, except for viewing it for personal information and quoting it with attribution.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate and up-to-date information in the demo and quote form, and do not submit a request on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, overload it or gain unauthorized access to it.
• Do not use the Site for purposes that break the law or these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

Razbin takes care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. However, the Site is provided “as is”, and we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Razbin is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp and social media. The content and terms of those services are the responsibility of their providers.

7. Our Instagram account

On Razbin’s Instagram account (@razbinai), posts we prepare in advance are published automatically on schedule through the official Instagram Platform provided by Meta, and interactions on the account are subject to Instagram’s own terms. Information in our posts is general and promotional; it is not an offer or a commitment. Details about the account are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Personal data and cookies

Personal data you share through the Site is handled under our Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to ask for your data to be deleted.

9. Changes

Razbin may update these terms at any time. The current terms apply from the moment they are published on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. Users acting as consumers keep their rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
