View every report by day, week or month. The day view gives hour-by-hour detail, while the week and month views show the trend. Tap a day on the chart to open it.

The right access for your team
Account owners add teammates from the app using their email addresses. Users added this way can reset a forgotten password themselves with a code sent to their email.

Sees every report along with snapshots and clips of key moments, and manages the store settings.
Viewer
Sees visitor, occupancy, checkout and fitting room figures, plus opening and closing times.

FAQ
About the mobile app
How often are reports updated?
Reports update every minute. If a store hasn't sent data for a while, the app says so clearly.
Can I see my stores separately?
Use the store selector at the top to pick one store, a few or all of them. Depending on your choice, figures are added up or listed store by store.
How do I add my teammates?
Account owners add teammates by email address in the Users section of the app, giving each one Manager or Viewer access.
Where do I download the app?
The Razbin mobile app is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android phones. Once Razbin is set up in your store, you sign in with your company’s account and add your teammates from the app.
